allegiant air Trip Flex allows customers the flexibility to make unlimited changes to the date, flight or destination in their reservations, within certain guidelines, with no change fees or cancel fees assessed. Customers are responsible for any change in price for air, hotel, auto, attractions, etc. Funds remaining after changes to an itinerary will be applied as non-refundable credit voucher good for travel on Allegiant. All travel involving funds from an itinerary must be completed no later than one year from the date the original itinerary was booked.you can only buy Trip Flex at the time of booking and cannot be added to pre-existing reservations.
Trip Flex can be cancelled for a refund or credit voucher within twenty-four (24) hours of booking the reservation provided no changes have been made to the original reservation. A refund will be issued if Trip Flex is cancelled within 24 hours through Customer Care, or a credit voucher good for future travel on Allegiant Air will be issued if cancelled online in the same 24 hours.

For an AIR ONLY purchase, Trip Flex from Allegiant allows you:
Unlimited reservation changes (date, flight, or destination) at no charge are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure. Customers will be responsible for any change in price of airfare.
Itinerary is nonrefundable.
For an AIR HOTEL PACKAGE purchase, Trip Flex from Allegiant allows you:
Unlimited reservation changes (date, flight, or destination), at no charge, up to 72 hours prior to departure. Customers will be responsible for any change in price of airfare, hotel, car or similar travel products.
Itinerary is non refundable
Exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy may include bookings related to Special Promotions and Sales and on some Holiday travel dates which are non-refundable.


Please note, effective July 1, 2010, name changes will no longer be permitted through Trip Flex. Changing a name on an itinerary will now incur the current change fee charge.
