You can book flight awards online using miles at www.lufthansa.com or www.miles-and-more.com for all flights operated by Adria Airways, Austrian Airlines Group, Brussels Airlines, Condor, Croatia Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS.
When booking flight awards with other Miles & More airline partners, your local Miles & More Service Team will be happy to help.
Flight award bookings are subject to seat availability in the booking class relevant for Miles & More flight awards on the desired route.
Child awards / infants
Infants (under two years old) can travel with you for free as long as they do not occupy a seat. When infants are transported, the taxes and charges which arise can be invoiced separately in accordance with subparagraph 1.5.1. In addition there is a concession for children aged between two and eleven (under twelve years of age) amounting to 25% on the number of miles required for the usual flight award. Please note that flight awards for children and infants (under two years of age) cannot be booked online.
Childre'’s awards are only offered on flights operated by Adria Airways, Austrian Airlines Group, Air Dolomiti, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Luxair and SWISS.

Please note that for technical reasons flight awards for infants cannot be booked online. If you wish to travel with an infant, please contact your local Miles & More Service Team. All offer terms and conditions apply when bookings for you and your infant are made via the call centre. As taxes and charges on selected flights can arise even for infants who do not have their own seat, we ask you to obtain further information from your local Miles & More Service Team.
Booking a flight award for a child under twelve years of age is only permitted if the child is accompanied on the flight by an adult.
