delta airlines offer nonstop service between Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Stockholm’s Arlanda International Airport. The flight, operating six times weekly between Atlanta and Stockholm, effective June 3, 2008*. Passengers traveling from Atlanta to the capital city of Sweden will benefit from the direct service to a host of business and leisure destinations within Sweden’s largest city.

Delta is offering a one-way cheap tickets of $449 from Atlanta to Stockholm (based on a round-trip purchase), Additional taxes/fees/restrictions apply. Fare will be $20 higher if purchased from Delta over the telephone, or at an airport or city ticket office. See below for details.

Between Atlanta and Stockholm, Delta using Boeing 767-300ER aircraft seating up to 214 passengers and featuring Delta’s refurbished businessElite and economy comfort class service. Customers can enjoy Delta’s award-winning Business class service featuring all-leather sleeper seats with 60 inches of legroom, innovative food offerings designed by celebrity chef Michelle Bernstein -- including award-winning, original wine selections – and industry-leading, on-demand personal in-seat entertainment boasting more than 20 first-run and popular classic movies, a variety of TV programs, a broad range of music, and a suite of 12 video games. Economy comfort customers benefit from more legroom seats, amenity kits, enhanced food offerings and a complimentary cocktail with each meal.

Delta’s Atlanta hub is the fastest growing international gateway in the United States, with the addition of 29 new international routes since 2005. As part of its summer 2008 schedule, Delta plans to serve more than 80 nonstop international destinations from Atlanta, including 21 of Europe’s 25 largest markets.

Fifty-five Swedish businesses operate in the state of Georgia and approximately 900 U.S. companies have operations in Sweden. Delta’s latest international route will open a critical economic access point on both sides of the Atlantic.
