Frontier Airlines launches direct flights from Kansas City International Airport (MCI) Missouri to San Antonio (SAT) in Texas.

The new service brings to 15 the number of cities Frontier serves nonstop from Kansas City.
Frontier will offer service five days per week to and from San Antonio,service will be operated on 99-seat Embraer 190 aircraft.feature STRETCH seating at the front of the aircraft, which offers five additional inches of legroom.

“Our new service from Kansas City highlights Frontier’s commitment to providing our guests low fares and convenient travel to more destinations,” said Daniel Shurz, vice president of strategy and planning for Frontier. “With our better and different service, we’re looking forward to offering travelers more choice in how they travel – including our Classic and Classic Plus fares (which are available only at FrontierAirlines.com), advance seat selection and baked-onboard chocolate chip cookies.”
